Philosophy

The love for our land has started a project of Sustainable Agriculture in respect of the vineyard and the territory, to produce a wine linked to tradition and to leave a healthy environment our children. We do not use herbicides or chemical fertilisers and we keep the treatments in the vineyard to a minimum in order to combat pests that may infest the vines. Our grapes are controlled and hand-picked in the vineyards along the River Po grown on our land since 1300. We use neither allergen protein or enzyme and we use only the yeasts that grow naturally on our grapes, without the use of chemical products. We use the least amount of sulfites possible to preserve the wine and, in some cases, none. The materials we use are recyclable.
